1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Guesser Space, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. About the App

Guesser Space is a brain-training and knowledge game app that may include daily or repeatable game modes such as:

geography games,
history games,
logic and puzzle games,
math and number games,
ranking and score-based challenge modes,
achievements, streaks, and referral or promotional rewards.

Available game modes may change over time.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You may use the app without creating a traditional username and password account. The app may use anonymous authentication, optional Google sign-in, and device-linked or account-linked identifiers to operate features such as subscriptions, cloud rankings, and referral rewards.

You are responsible for maintaining access to the device and store account you use with the app.

4. Trials, Promotional Access, and Referrals

4.1 Introductory or promotional access

The app may offer introductory trials, promotional access periods, referral bonuses, or promo-code benefits. The availability, duration, and scope of those offers may vary by platform, store configuration, promotion, jurisdiction, and account status.

Where a trial or promotional benefit is shown in the app or store listing, that displayed information controls.

4.2 Referral codes

The app may provide each user with a referral code. Referral and promo benefits are subject to validation and anti-abuse checks.

You may not redeem your own code.
You may not create or use multiple accounts or devices to manipulate rewards.
You may not use emulators, scripts, automation, or other abusive methods.
You may not attempt to reverse or bypass redemption limits.

We may deny, revoke, or adjust referral or promo benefits if we reasonably believe abuse, fraud, or policy circumvention has occurred.

4.3 No cash value

Trials, referral rewards, promo codes, and other in-app benefits have no cash value, are non-transferable unless we explicitly allow otherwise, and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

5. Subscriptions

5.1 Paid plans

Guesser Space may offer paid subscription plans such as monthly or annual subscriptions. Exact pricing, billing period, and local currency are shown in the app and/or in the Apple App Store or Google Play purchase flow.

5.2 Billing and renewal

Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple or Google through their respective stores. Unless cancelled in accordance with the store's rules, subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of the billing period.

5.3 Managing and cancelling

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Uninstalling the app does not itself cancel an active subscription.

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are handled by the app store provider that processed your purchase, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

6. Leaderboards, Scores, and Player Names

If you use ranking or leaderboard features, the app may display your player name, score, XP, level, or rank to you and, where applicable, relative to other players.

You are responsible for any nickname or player name you choose to use in the app.

You may not use names that are unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or intended to impersonate another person or entity. We reserve the right to restrict or remove ranking-related content or access where misuse is detected.

7. Acceptable Use

Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app except where prohibited by law.
Do not interfere with or disrupt the app or its backend systems.
Do not use bots, scripts, or automation.
Do not exploit bugs or vulnerabilities.
Do not attempt unauthorized access to services, accounts, referrals, subscriptions, or score systems.
Do not use the app for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

The app, including its software, design, gameplay systems, branding, text, visuals, and other content, is owned by Marek Dieška (publishing as Apakhian Games) and/or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

9. Third-Party Services

The app relies on third-party services, including Google Firebase, RevenueCat, Apple App Store, and Google Play. Your use of those services may also be subject to their separate terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, billing systems, or platform-level restrictions outside our reasonable control.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
We do not guarantee that every bug will be fixed.
We do not guarantee that all features will remain available forever.
We do not guarantee that subscription, referral, ranking, or cloud functions will always be available without interruption.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marek Dieška (publishing as Apakhian Games) and any associated service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to your use of the app.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by that law.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, revoke, or terminate access to some or all app features if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, abused the app, or created risk for other users, service providers, or the integrity of the platform.

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. This does not automatically cancel subscriptions billed through Apple or Google.

13. Changes to the App and Terms

We may modify the app, its features, prices, benefits, referral rules, subscription offerings, or these Terms from time to time.

If we update these Terms, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the app after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovakia, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Slovakia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
