Common questions
- Is there an iPhone version?
- No, Guesser Space is only on Google Play, for Android 7.0 and newer.
- Is it in other languages?
- Not yet, only in English.
- Is it free?
- Yes. 19 of the 29 games are free, and the Pro subscription adds the other ten.
- Do I need a Google account?
- Only after your first game. Signing in with Google saves your progress.
- I got a new phone. Is my progress gone?
- No. Sign in with the same Google account and your streak, level, achievements, Cash and creatures come back.
- When do the daily games reset?
- At midnight in your time zone.
- Can I play more than one puzzle a day?
- Yes. Arcade has endless Sudoku, Rocket Trail and Mastermind, and the timed games have no daily limit.
- Can I play without internet?
- Most games, yes. Guess the Art, Rendezvous, friends, leaderboards and the Shop need a connection. Rewards from games played offline are added when you're back online.
- I missed a day. Is my streak gone?
- If you missed only one day and had a Streak Freeze, your streak is safe. Otherwise it starts again with your next win.
- How do I get a Streak Freeze?
- You get one every third level, and the Shop sells them. You can hold up to three.
- How do I add a friend?
- Open Friends, go to Add and enter their player name or friend code (GS-XXXXXX).
- How do I play Rendezvous?
- Add a friend, then open Rendezvous on Home and invite them as your co-pilot. Once they accept, you play one match a day.
- How do I change my player name or picture?
- Open More and tap Profile Settings.
- How do I cancel Pro?
- In Google Play under Payments & subscriptions and then Subscriptions, or with Manage Subscription on the Pro page in the app. Uninstalling the app doesn't cancel it.
- I paid for Pro but don't have it.
- Sign in with the Google account you paid with, open the Pro page and tap Restore Purchases.
- Can I get a refund?
- Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy.
- I'm not getting reminders.
- Check that notifications are allowed for Guesser Space in your phone's settings and that Daily reminders is on in Profile Settings.
- How do I report a bug or suggest a game?
- Open More and tap Suggest a feature, or send me an email.
- How do I delete my account?
- Follow the steps on Delete your account.
